By installing or using Migration Field Cleanup for Jira ("the App"), you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
This EULA supplements the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use shall prevail.
Subject to the terms of this EULA and valid payment (where applicable), the developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on a single Atlassian Jira Cloud site for its intended purpose: detecting and merging duplicate custom fields created during Data Center to Cloud migration.
Scanning for duplicate fields is available at no cost to all users.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
The developer does not warrant that:
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.
The developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App license.

The App is designed to safely merge fields (it never overwrites existing data), but you are responsible for verifying the results are correct for your specific Jira configuration.

This App performs bulk modifications to Jira issue data. As with any bulk data operation, Appcento LLC strongly recommends:
The App includes built-in safety checks (never overwrites existing data, schema validation, admin-only access, pre-merge confirmation checkboxes) but the ultimate responsibility for data validation and backup rests with the system administrator.

The developer may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates will be delivered through the Atlassian Forge platform and the Atlassian Marketplace. You are not obligated to install updates, but older versions may not be supported indefinitely.
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App from your Jira Cloud site. The developer may terminate this EULA if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
